Project Challenges

Delivering electrical services in a healthcare environment presented specific challenges, with strict compliance requirements and a need for absolute attention to detail. Our team worked carefully to ensure every element of the installation, from life safety systems to the placement of outlets and low-glare lighting, was designed around resident safety and comfort.

Coordination with the wider construction team was vital, as we had to align our works with the build programme and the requirements of other trades while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

OUTCOME

We successfully delivered a safe, compliant, and future-ready electrical installation. The new care home is now equipped with the right infrastructure that supports operational efficiency, resident well-being, and staff effectiveness.
