Full M&E Installation for New Build Care Homes

Project Overview

JH Electrical Services was appointed to deliver a comprehensive Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) installation package for a series of new build care home developments. These facilities are designed to meet the highest standards of safety, comfort, and energy efficiency, tailored specifically for elderly care environments.

Our team provided a turnkey solution, managing all electrical and mechanical systems from initial design coordination through to final commissioning. The installations were designed to integrate seamlessly with the building structure while ensuring compliance with all relevant care sector standards and building regulations.

Project Challenges

Delivering M&E services across multiple care home sites required careful coordination with other trades and strict adherence to both building regulations and care sector standards. Our team had to manage complex installations for mechanical and electrical systems in sensitive environments, ensuring that all works were completed safely and efficiently.

Scheduling works to fit within the construction programme while maintaining minimal disruption to other activities demanded precise planning and proactive communication with all stakeholders.

OUTCOME

We successfully delivered fully functional, regulation-compliant care facilities. The installations were completed on time and within budget, with systems designed to meet the specific needs of elderly residents and healthcare providers. These developments now benefit from reliable, energy-efficient mechanical and electrical infrastructure that enhances resident comfort, safety, and operational performance.
