Project Overview
JH Electrical Services is currently delivering the full Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) package for Harrisons Mill Care Home in Radcliffe on Trent. This new care home development is being delivered to meet the high standards required within the care sector, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and long-term reliability.

Scope of Works

  • Full electrical installation throughout the care home

  • Power distribution and small power systems

  • Internal and external lighting installations

  • Fire alarm and life safety systems

  • Emergency lighting

  • Data, containment, and specialist systems

  • Full mechanical services installation

  • Ongoing testing, commissioning, and staged handover

  • Compliance with all current regulations and care sector standards

Project Progress
The project is progressing well and is currently approaching the end of the first fix stage. Works are being delivered in line with the construction programme, with close coordination between our M&E teams and the wider project stakeholders to ensure quality and consistency at every stage.
