JH Electrical Services was engaged by Rosewood Manor Care Home, operated by Acacia Care Ltd, to deliver comprehensive electrical servicing and ongoing maintenance across the facility.   • Full periodic inspection and testing (EICR).
  • Preventative maintenance on all distribution boards and circuits.
  • Emergency lighting testing and certification.

  • Compliance support for CQC inspections and insurance standards.

Project Challenges
