Westwood View Care Home, Sheringham

Project Overview

JH Electrical Services was appointed to carry out the full electrical installation, along with the complete ventilation and air conditioning systems, for the newly constructed 70-bed Westwood View Care Home in Sheringham. The works included mains and submains distribution, power, lighting, and emergency lighting systems, nurse call and staff safety alarms, fire alarm, access control, and TV/data infrastructure, as well as external energy-efficient lighting. Additionally, the ventilation and air conditioning scope comprised MVHR systems, split-type AC units for communal and staff areas, and extraction systems for kitchens, bathrooms, and utility spaces, all commissioned and integrated for optimal occupant comfort and energy efficiency.
